1. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after purchase unless otherwise stated on the product page. During high-demand periods or promotional events, processing times may be extended.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeframes

We offer standard and expedited shipping options within the United States. Estimated delivery timeframes begin after your order is processed and shipped:

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other external factors.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected shipping method. Free shipping promotions may apply and will be reflected during checkout.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. If you don’t receive tracking details within 5 business days of ordering, please contact us at hello@tacostuesdays.com.

5. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • All 50 U.S. states

  • U.S. territories and APO/FPO addresses

  • Select international destinations (where permitted)

International shipping times and rates vary based on destination.

6. Incorrect Addresses & Returned Packages

Please ensure your shipping information is accurate. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping fees may apply).

7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Tacos Tuesdays LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier. If your order arrives damaged or is missing, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos (if applicable), and we will assist you as best we can.
