  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

  • Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars and are subject to change without notice.

  • You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current billing and shipping information.

3. Shipping & Delivery

We ship to addresses within the U.S. (and select international locations where applicable). Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

4. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on food items. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Refunds or replacements will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

For merchandise (e.g., apparel or print-on-demand items), return policies may vary and are subject to the policies of our fulfillment partners (e.g., Printful or Printify).

5. Digital Products & Subscriptions

If we offer digital products, downloads, or subscriptions in the future, they will be non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Access is granted upon payment and delivery may be subject to system availability.

All content on this site — including but not limited to text, logos, branding, recipes, product names (e.g., ChiliHelper™, Tacos Tuesdays™, etc.), characters, and multimedia — is the property of Tacos Tuesdays LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
